**What Is the Planetary Gears : ** There are various ways to adjust the number of rotations and torque generated from motor according to the intended use. Among them, reduction gear is widely used due to its versatility and flexibility to various combinations of speed ratio. One of these gears is planetary gear, which enables input from motor to transmit as output to reduce.


**Standard Structure of MATEX Planetary Gear Unit : **

Why Planetary gear unit is Better than Other gear combination :
i) Input & Output can be designed on the same axis.
ii) It is easy to make integrated unit, which enables easy modification of speed ratio.
iii) It is easy to make whole unit compact size.
iv) Three or four times bigger torque can be transmitted comparing with a gear with same width of gear teeth.
v) Motor in smaller size can be used.
vi) Rotation speed control unit is not required. Gear unit can control the speed.
vii) Machine using planetary gear will be compact.

Coolants are used for grinding, polishing, and cutting. Our products consist of Noritake Cut (an oil-based coolant used for cutting and polishing work), and Noritake Cool (a water-based coolant widely used for grinding). Noritake Cool comes in three types: Emulsion – for better lubrication, Soluble – for excellent wash ability, and Solution – for outstanding cool ability. Noritake also offers specialized fluids optimized for various materials and requirements, such as glass type surfaces
